The Danielsons: Anniversary & Wedding recap

Wednesday (July 03) marked 2 whole years since I said I do to my wonderful husband. That was honestly the very best day of my whole entire life. I get to spend the rest of forever with my Tanner. We were high school sweet hearts and dated for 5 years before getting engaged. We had a pretty fast engagement, but now were married. The past 7 years have been a roller coaster. A few break ups, and make ups. Some ups and downs. We shed a few tears, but we had so many more smiles and laughs. Our relationship has had many challenges that only strengthened our love for one another. He is my better half. I will always love you harder babe! ;)

For our anniversary we had a low key fun day together. We didn't do gifts or go up and spend the night in Park City like last year....darn. But its ok, we have a brand new house we are turning into a home :) We started off the morning by taking Huddy Buddy to grandma D's and we headed downtown Salt Lake City. We had breakfast at Bruges. This place was DE-LI-CIOUS! Its true Belgium waffles. They are dough based with sugar crystals inside the waffles that caramelize...mmmmmm

Then we walked around City Creek Center. & of course didn't buy us anything but bought a super cute shirt for Hudson from 77 kids. 20 dollar shirt....got it for 5 bucks! Oh how I heart clearance racks.
After that, we decided to catch a movie. We didn't plan well and to see any movies we wanted to see we would have to wait like an hour. We ended up seeing Brave. Which, hubby wasn't to thrilled but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Disney so it was great! We picked up our little man and had lunch together as a family. Later that evening we took Hudson to my moms for a few hours while Tanner and I went mini golfing. I hadn't been in a long time, it was so much fun just the two of us. We also did the batting cages! I forgot how much I love baseball/softball. I played baseball for a year, and softball for almost 3 years as a kid. I did awesome :D

It was great to just relax together and go out on a date. I just love my Hubby! He also surprised me with some flowers and a card when I woke up.

Last year I won a bracelet from Lisa Leonard This is my favorite piece of jewelry...after my wedding ring! On one side it says love, and you flip it over and it has our wedding date [7-3-10].

Since I wasn't really blogging back when we got married, I thought a look back through our wedding would be in order.

My bouquet and some of our favors. Its hard to see, but on the bottom of kisses are pictures of us and on the top it says "Lacie & Tanner" and on the bottom is "July 03,2010" .

The table tops, kinda. These weren't totally done yet. But they had lots of pictures of us. The tin buckets with flowers and the Hershey kisses in them. We had groom and bride bubbles for the 'send away' too.

Drinks and food. We had taco salads. mmmm.

I was a little bummed with this. We got married under the gazebo, but they green massive crap was supposed to be trimmed back before the wedding. It wasn't. Grr. But I got over it quick.
